Thank you for choosing our online booking service. We understand that circumstances may require you to cancel your appointment. To ensure the smooth operation of our business and provide fairness to all our clients, we have established the following.

Cancellation Courtesy:

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us 48 hours before your appointment. This will allow us to offer the vacant time slot to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

Deposit Retention:

NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE BOOKING DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR RESERVATION AND WILL BE APPLIED TOWARDS APPOINTMENT.

Guest:

No extra guest are allowed in the salon during your appointment.

No outside food or drinks allowed.

No kids allowed unless being serviced.

WE DO NOT SERVICE TENDER HEAD CHILDREN (sensitive to touch, brushing, pulling, or any type of tension)

No Call and No Show:

If you fail to show up for your appointment without any prior notice, your card will be charged 100% of your entire service.

Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of your service.

Additionally, as a consequence of this action, you will not be able to book future appointments through our online booking service.

Grace Period:

IF YOU'RE RUNNING 15 MINUTES OR LATER TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE CALL OR TEXT THE EMERGENCY SALON NUMBER AT (872)-588-9297 SO WE CAN WORK TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR RESERVATION, BUT IT'S NOT GUARANTEED.

Email and text reminders sent 24 hours in advance of appointment. PLEASE be sure all of your contact information is updated if we need to get in touch with you through TEXT or CALL from (872)-588-9297
